Wind River Telecommunications is a Tribal Owned Broadband Company with 1500+ subscribers. Wind River is in need of major fiber deployments through the Connect America Fund2 (CAFII) and Rural Digital Opportunity Funds (RDOF) Government Grants. Tribal Telecom has been contracted to perform the following services
- Creation of a Broadband Strategic Plan
- Review all funding applications and make recommendations
- Review and make recommendations regarding the organization and processes of WRI
